Hi, I’m Jennifer. Welcome to Lavender Moon Boutique!

As a child, I would often tag along with my mom, Francine, as she went shopping. My mom has the most impeccable taste, style, and eye for design. My mother’s influence definitely rubbed off on me, and led me to study fashion design. I attended Syracuse University where I majored in fashion design and studied Spanish. After college, I worked in the apparel industry of New York. What a fun and exciting time that was!

Years later, my husband and I moved to the Midwest. Here we live with our daughters and our two adorable pups. We enjoy spending family time, taking walks, and cooking together. Over the years we have hosted several exchange students. A wonderful girl from The Netherlands lived with my family for an entire school year. My daughters gained a “bonus” sister, and this experience made us greatly appreciate other cultures and traditions.
